However, will be able to and comfortable with front office work if needed. We are looking to grow our team with a Medical Assistant that is dedicated, takes initiative, and has pride in their work. Team work, compassion, and empathy is needed not only to provide the best quality of care that our patients deserve but to prosper in this up-and-coming Endocrinology clinic. We would like an experienced Medical Assistant to join our fast paced, high patient volume office. •Serious Inquire Only •Must be local Back Office Responsibilities Downloading cgm and pump Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Reliable and Punctual Patient care and vital signs Collecting and documenting patient information Injections of various medication Preparation of, as well as assistance in procedures Constantly walking and on their feet Ability to lift 20-30lbs Can commit to a Start of 7:45am Will be able to work overtime by staying later than 5pm if required Perform other Medical Assist duties as assigned Front Office Responsibilities Referral submission Prior authorizations Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Reliable and Punctual Greeting patients in a warm, friendly manner Answering, addressing, and triaging a high call volume Returning telephone calls, emails, and messages daily Scheduling and confirming appointments Verifying insurance information such as eligibility and authorizations Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice Can commit to a Start of 7:45am Will be able to work overtime by staying later than 5pm if required Perform other Medical Assist duties as assigned Bilingual in Spanish is required
