As an FQHC Look-Alike, our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our community. We put our patients and our staff first and believe that great patient care starts with a supportive team. Our office has a warm, family-oriented culture where everyone is treated with kindness and respect. Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable. Complete patient intake and review medical history. Take and record vital signs. Prepare patients for their visit. Help providers document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR). Keep accurate medical records. Help maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies. Work as part of a friendly, supportive team.
