We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. This role involves both administrative (front office) and clinical (back office) responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate who can commit to a full-time role, is open to cross-training and is interested in building a long-term career with our team. Key Responsibilities Front Office Support Greet and check in patients when needed Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive clinic experience Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling and daily administrative tasks. Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with patients while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Verify insurance eligibility, review plan of care, and obtain required authorizations Clinical Support Assist the surgeon during in-office procedures, including room setup, instrument preparation, and patient support Prepare exam rooms before and after appointments Review visit summaries and discharge instructions with patients Manage medical supply inventory and monitor expiration dates Ensure proper disposal of medical waste What We're Looking For Seeking a full-time Medical Assistant who is interested in long-term employment and growing with our team Minimum 2 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (vascular or surgical preferred) Comfortable with in-office procedure support and back office operations Willingness to cross-train and support front office as needed Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Dependable, respectful, and self-motivated team player Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese is preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple clinic locations This role covers multiple locations across Orange County, including Fullerton, Los Alamitos, Fountain Valley and Santa Ana.
