Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team on a 10-week contract . In this role, you will support individuals with daily living activities, administer medications, promote independence, and provide high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Administer medications safely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support individuals in developing independent living skills and achieving personal goals. Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being. Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving care. Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks. Provide emotional support and encourage social engagement. Maintain accurate documentation of medications and care provided. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, families, and supervisors. Follow all safety, infection control, and medication administration policies. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA)/Medication Aide Certification in good standing. Active state certification/license as required. Valid U.S. driver's license (where applicable). Passion for providing compassionate, person-centered care. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and transfer patients as required.

Pay:

$1,100.00 - $1,173.00 per week
