Radiant Beauty and Health is a luxury aesthetic practice with seven locations across New York, California, and Connecticut. We specialize in a wide range of non-invasive aesthetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, PDO NovaThreads, Sculptra, O-Shot, microneedling, PRP/PRF, chemical peels, medically supervised weight loss, travel medicine, and more. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, effective, and affordable care to each patient, ensuring they look and feel their best. We are committed to delivering exceptional results and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at our medical spas in Trumbull and Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical setting.
Job Expectations:
Assist in various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and skincare treatments. Check-in and check out clients. Perform Phlebotomy Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized. Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Handle clients inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy.
Work hours:
9:30 -6:30 pm Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other
Wednesday Requirements:
Positive work attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Exceptional reliability to accommodate a busy schedule, including minimal cancellations and days off. Proficiency in computer and digital tools for record-keeping and scheduling. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
