A few examples of this Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include: Coordinate all departmental meetings ; prepare and keep record of meeting minutes, agendas, reports, written correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations . Ensure that meetings have been confirmed and attachments have been received. Serve as a central access point for the Chief Medical Officer. Provide policy changes and updates to all clinical staff; distribute all staff announcements for Medical and Behavioral Health departments Receive, review, and verify submissions for continuing medical education and licensure reimbursements. Complete documentation to process approved reimbursement requests in a timely manner. Effectively perform chart audits for quality and accuracy , under the direction of the CMO and Medical Clinical Operations Director.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Five (5) years of clerical experience; three (3) of which must have included supervision, organization, coordination, and performance of duties at a responsible level in a healthcare related field. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access) required Must exhibit and maintain an exceptional level of confidentiality. Supervisory experience a plus Capable of working well with a diverse population in a non-judgmental and supportive manner. Travel to StayWell sites, when necessary and out of the area for professional training, when necessary.
