Join the Sirena Medical Aesthetics Team Sirena Medical Aesthetics is an award-winning boutique medical spa dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through exceptional patient care, natural results, and personalized treatment plans. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Assistant who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, cross-trained position focused primarily on front desk responsibilities and creating an exceptional patient experience, while also providing clinical support to our providers when needed. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Experience Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional experience from check-in through check-out. Manage calls, scheduling, confirmations, payments, and patient inquiries. Help coordinate daily schedules and maintain smooth patient flow. Become knowledgeable about Sirena's treatments, skincare products, memberships, and promotions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Clinical Support Assist providers with patient preparation and aesthetic treatments when needed. Prepare, clean, reset, and stock treatment rooms. Assist with consents, treatment photos, chart documentation, and pre/post-care instructions. Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA, infection control, and office safety protocols. Practice Support Assist with patient follow-ups, inventory, and daily office needs. Capture treatment photos/videos for marketing when appropriate and properly consented. Help with events and promotions as needed. Work collaboratively and cross-train to support the overall flow of the practice.
Qualification:
At least 1 year of spa, or medical office/aesthetics office experience Strong communication and guest-relations skills with a warm, professional demeanor. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Proficiency in booking/scheduling systems (experience with spa software a plus). Passion for aesthetics, wellness, skincare, and exceptional patient service. __________________________________________________________________________________________ To Apply Please apply through Indeed only.
