We run a busy medical practice alongside a thriving cosmetic and aesthetics arm. Our medical assistants are the engine of the clinical day, and we are looking for the person who leads them: a hands-on supervisor who sets the standard, trains the team, and keeps every office running smoothly. The role You will own the medical assistant team across our locations. This is a working leadership seat, not a desk job.

You are on the floor:

rooming and clinical workflow, coverage and scheduling, training and competency, and the day-to-day coaching that keeps a busy derm practice moving. You make sure every provider is supported and every office runs to the same standard. What you'll own

People:

hire, train, schedule, and coach the medical assistant team across offices; set expectations and hold the team accountable; run onboarding and ongoing competency check-offs.

Clinical workflow:

rooming standards, provider support, patient flow, and turnover, so clinic days run on time and providers are never waiting.

Coverage:

build the MA schedule across locations, manage call-outs and PTO, and keep every office staffed.

Standards and quality:

consistent clinical documentation support, infection control and OSHA compliance, and a clean, safe, well-stocked clinical floor.

Clinical supplies:

coordinate rooms and clinical inventory so the team always has what it needs. Who you are You are an experienced medical assistant, lead MA, clinical coordinator, or nurse who has led a clinical team, or is clearly ready to. You have run a busy clinical floor and other MAs have looked to you. You lead hands-on and by example. You can room a patient, then turn around and train someone to do it your way. You coach and hold a standard without losing the team.

You are organized under pressure:

schedules, coverage, and competencies do not slip on your watch.

Bonus:

dermatology or aesthetics experience, and any MA certification (CCMA/RMA) or clinical license. A plus, not required. We care more about a proven clinical team leader than a specific credential.
