Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required. Support office management functions, ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client relations. Familiarity with administrative responsibilities including clerical experience and personal assistant duties is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
