Boynton, FL About Us BeeperMD is a growing Primary and Urgent Care Clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Medical Assistants to join our team. Position Highlights Immediate start available after successful interview Full-time role with opportunities to learn and grow Dynamic environment with both clinical and administrative responsibilities Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in person or over the phone Serve as both Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist Schedule new and follow-up appointments Maintain patient records and handle inquiries Verify insurance, collect payments, and notify providers of patient arrivals Manage office inventory and maintain a clean, organized front desk area Perform clinical duties including: Room preparation Taking patient vitals Point-of-care testing Phlebotomy/lab draws and handling samples Wound care EKGs Qualifications Medical Assistant Certification (Required) Phlebotomy Certification (Preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or similar healthcare setting Experience with EMR systems Strong communication and documentation skills Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task Problem-solving mindset and adaptability Must pass a background check Preferred Skills Leadership abilities and ability to work independently or in a team setting Reliable, professional, and proactive approach Can work for 3 days a week Willing to work for 12 hours shift 9 AM to 9 PM Why Join Us?
