The ideal candidate for this position has experience in Pain Management and a background in medical research. The successful candidate will work closely with our staff in both administrative and patient care capacities, and prioritize medical accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Work with patients individually to assess their medical needs and concerns. Perform patient history intake and examine the patient's medical record, identifying potential risk factors relevant to the patient's health status. Collaborate with health care professionals, including physicians, to assess the patient's health status, treatment plan, and any concerns identified during the intake and interview process. Document health care services rendered in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Prepare medication for administration to patients in accordance with health care facility policies, procedures, and laws. Provide education about prescribed medications and diagnoses to patients and their families based on established treatment plans in conjunction with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Observe, monitor, and report changes in the patient's condition in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepare treatment areas and assist health care providers as needed. Spanish Speaking is a plus
