We are looking for an energetic and punctual Medical Assistant with Personal Injury experience to join our team. We treat patients who have sustained injuries from auto accidents. We are a modern clinic that puts patients first. We need someone who has great people skills and is able to multitask. At least 2 years experience is required. Bilingual is a plus.

Duties Include:

• Maintaining flow of patients between all providers and therapies
• Working closely with doctor performing exercises and therapies with patients according to the treatment plan
• Drawing blood when needed
• Setting patients up on therapy tables
• Monitoring patients
• Maintaining inventory
• Maintaining a clean/safe work environment
• bilingual preferred but not necessary
• Venipuncture/ Blood Draws Front Desk duties include but not limited to:
• Check patients in and out while greeting them with a smile
• Mailing/emailing new patient packets to all new patients
• Entering patient demographics in Athena
• Insurance verification on all new patients
• Maintaining all front desk reports (Google Sheets)
• Answering phones
• Schedule patients for future appoints according to treatment plan between multiple providers
• Maintain patient charts
• Monitoring patients
• Maintaining inventory
• Maintaining a clean/safe work environment
• Assist with therapies as need under Chiropractors training
• Coordinating all referrals for specialists
• Ensuring specialist notes are received in a timely manner
• Updating correlating spreadsheets

Knowledge Base:

• Familiar with medical and personal injury based operations (ie. patient treatment plans, imaging and specialist referrals, settlements, etc.)
• Experienced with Athena
• Skilled in customer service and efficient time management.
• Background check will be performed on all candidates before hiring.
• References are a must
