Position Summary:

Real Life Christian Church is seeking a passionate and organized Student Life Coordinator to join our Clermont Campus team. This part-time position (with potential to grow into full-time) reports directly to the Student Life Director/Pastor and plays a vital role in supporting Wednesday night programming and summer events. The Student Life Coordinator runs the behind-the-scenes logistics — check-in, safety, space coverage, set-up/tear-down, food, classrooms and the program volunteer team — freeing the Student Life Directors to be fully present with students and Small Group Leaders. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable on stage and passionate about helping students find and follow Christ!!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the program volunteer team Oversee check-in ensuring volunteers are equipped and issues resolved quickly Serve as point of contact with the Safety Team Partner with Directors on volunteer coverage of all spaces Partner with Directors on set-up and tear-down Schedule and coordinate food Unlock and set up classrooms before the night and reset them afterward Host games and make announcements as needed Connect with students and encourage them to return Recruit, organize and lead the program volunteer team Monitor food, game and ministry supplies and place orders as needed Support Directors with events and special projects (Student Sunday, MS/HS Camp, etc.) Own the summer programming rhythm keeping relational momentum going year-round

Qualifications:

Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to serving in a Christ-centered environment Member of Real Life Christian Church adhering to the Real Life Membership Covenant High School Diploma required Previous volunteer or internship experience in a church or student ministry environment preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable on stage and able to connect with people of all ages Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Heart for service with a positive, can-do attitude Ready to Apply?
