We're hiring a Medical Assistant to be the engine of our clinic day — supporting our providers in a small, organized team.
Your day has two modes:
Clinic mode (9 AM - 3 PM): open the office, welcome and check in patients, collect payment, run InBody scans and vitals, room and prep every patient so providers start on time, and sit in on the end of consultations to capture the plan. Computer mode (3 - 5 PM): protected desk time — no waiting room. Complete the lead provider's documentation and enter ALL treatment and lab orders for the clinic — every provider, every patient — from dictated plans, accurately and same-day. You own the order queue. Prep tomorrow's charts. You'll be warm with patients in the morning and meticulous at a keyboard in the afternoon. Both halves matter equally.
