The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient service, and clinical procedures to ensure efficient operations within our facility. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Perform intake procedures, including obtaining vital signs and medical histories. Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions. Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems, ensuring compliance with medical regulations. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications Requirements Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge is essential. Experience in urgent care is highly desirable. Familiarity with EHR systems for effective patient documentation and management. Ability to perform intake assessments, vital sign measurements, and medication administration accurately. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and compassionate care delivery. Basic life support certification is required; additional certifications related to specific specialties are a plus.
