Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications Requirements Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge is essential. Experience in urgent care is highly desirable. Familiarity with EHR systems for effective patient documentation and management. Ability to perform intake assessments, vital sign measurements, and medication administration accurately. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and compassionate care delivery. Basic life support certification is required; additional certifications related to specific specialties are a plus.
