We are a locally owned independent repair shop in Indian Harbour Beach with a strong focus on quality work, proper diagnostics, and treating our employees like valued members of the business. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a technician with recent professional shop experience who can confidently handle general repair work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform general automotive repair and maintenance Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, starting and charging systems, and other common vehicle systems Replace components including wheel bearings, CV axles, starters, alternators, belts, hoses, batteries, and similar parts Perform basic drivability and electrical diagnostics Use scan data and diagnostic equipment as part of the repair process Follow proper repair procedures and service information Complete work accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and professional work area Work on a variety of makes and models Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in a professional automotive repair shop Must be able to perform B-level repairs independently Must have basic diagnostic and electrical testing ability Must own basic hand tools and a toolbox Must have a valid driver's license Must be dependable, productive, and quality-focused Must be comfortable working in a flat-rate environment ASE certifications are preferred but not required Personal, hobby, or driveway repair experience alone does not qualify Compensation $28

• 35 per flagged hour, based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability.
