LINE COOK

is to work in cooperation with the Director of Dining Experience, Expediter, and front of house staff in the performance of daily food production in the Dining Services Department in accordance with current Federal, State and Local Regulations and standards governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Chef in the ZonFresh Standards of Culinary Service to ensure that exceptional, quality oriented culinary and nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the department is maintained in a clean, efficient, organized, and sanitary manner at all times. We are seeking experienced and positive candidates that enjoy fostering a dynamic, creative, and fun kitchen while giving close attention to detail and preparing food they are proud of. In addition to excellent culinary skills, the ideal candidate would be even tempered and have excellent diplomacy and problem-solving skills, and would adhere to a policy of food service excellence, while concurrently maintaining a culture of positivity, camaraderie, teamwork, and continuous learning and evolution. Must be flexible - days, early evenings, weekends and holidays hours may be included.
