Requirements Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA, CMA or RMA preferred) IV Certification a plus! Knowledge of holistic/integrative medicine practices, with a preference for prior training and experience in this field. Willingness to expand knowledge in all areas of clinical and administrative medical practices Strong technical skills and experience with electronic health records (EHR). Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service and patient support. Room patients, take vitals, view medications, and supplement lists. Educate patients on lab kits, supplements, nutritional recommendations, office policies, office contracts/membership plans Maintain and prep accurate EHR documentation Handle triage calls and portal messages Assist with orders for labs, imaging, and prescriptions Guide patients in using the patient portal Facilitate smooth check-outs with notes, superbills, and invoices Ensure accurate data entry and coordination between EHR and payment systems Skills & Qualifications Excellent oral communication and phone etiquette Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to follow safety and operational protocols Polished interpersonal and customer service skills Bonus Points ("Your Chops") Experience crafting personalized treatment plans Deep understanding of supplements and integrative care A collaborative, mission-driven mindset Desire to grow and innovate in a fast-paced practice Tech-savvy and confident using digital health tools Enthusiasm for continuous learning and patient education Ready to join a purpose-driven team in a thriving community?
