What You'll Do:

As a Medical Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting both our providers and patients by: Greet patients with professionalism, compassion, and respect. Take vital signs, including height, weight, and other required measurements. Collect and document patient information accurately in eClinicalWorks (eCW) . Prepare patient charts and ensure documentation is completed promptly. Keep patients informed about appointment timing and proactively communicate schedule updates. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments. Return patient phone calls promptly, following physician direction, with accurate documentation. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment. Work collaboratively with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a major plus. Familiarity with medical billing procedures. Gastroenterology experience preferred (but not required).
