This role supports both front desk operations and clinical patient care in a primary care, wellness, and aesthetics setting. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, professional, reliable, organized, and willing to learn as the practice grows. Duties include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with check-in/check-out, preparing patient charts in the EMR, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, assisting with patient flow, preparing exam/procedure rooms, and supporting the provider during in-office procedures. The role may also include assisting with blood draws, EKGs, specimen collection, and other basic clinical tasks if trained and qualified. Prior medical office or Medical Assistant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience with front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKGs, eClinicalWorks, primary care, aesthetics, or wellness services is a plus. This position will begin part-time, with the potential to grow as patient volume increases.
