Job Description
Medical Assistant / EMT New Smyrna Beach, Florida Full-Time $16-$21 per hour A leading healthcare provider is seeking experienced clinical professionals to deliver hands-on patient care in outpatient and community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient triage and record vital signs
- Administer injections, IV treatments, and medications
- Perform diagnostic testing (EKG, glucose, labs)
- Assist providers with procedures and patient care
- Coordinate prescriptions and communicate with pharmacies
- Support patient care across clinic and home settings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocols
Requirements:
- Active Medical Assistant license/EMT certification
- BLS certification required
- 1+ year clinical experience preferred
