The ideal candidate has direct experience with eClinicalWorks and performing EKGs. You will play a vital role in supporting our physicians and providing comforting, clear care to our young patients and their families.

Job Type:

Full-Time 35-37 hours

Pay Rate:

$16-18 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities Patient Intake:

Room pediatric patients, take accurate vital signs, and obtain detailed medical histories.

Diagnostics:

Perform 12-lead EKGs and Holter monitors/BP monitors

Clinical Documentation:

Accurately chart and manage patient records directly into eClinicalWorks.

Family Support:

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families, ensuring they fully understand follow-up instructions.

Front & Back Office:

Assist with making appointments, coordinate care, and help staff as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements Language:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).

Experience:

Previous experience as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks EHR and performing EKGs.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
