In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support in an outpatient setting ensuring smooth clinical operations and compassionate patient interactions. Your skills in medical assisting, documentation, and patient service will help us deliver top-tier healthcare experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent phlebotomy skills and excellent communication skills. Computer proficiency is a must. Duties Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs and collecting medical histories with accuracy and sensitivity. Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and basic life support during emergencies. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring precise documentation of patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans. Support medical office operations by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing medical records efficiently. Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure all clinical areas adhere to safety and hygiene standards. Conduct ICD coding and maintain accurate medical documentation to facilitate billing and compliance processes. Skills Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling, billing, coding (ICD), and managing electronic health records (EHR/EMR). Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology to support accurate patient assessments. Skilled in phlebotomy techniques, medication administration, vital signs measurement, and basic life support certification. Ability to work efficiently and independently.
