Full-Time Medical Assistant /

Front Desk Location:

Palm Beach Gardens, FL The Aesthetics Lounge is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This position is primarily clinical, with front desk responsibilities as needed. Medical Assistant experience is required. Candidates without prior clinical experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Assist providers with patient care and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies Document patient information in the EMR Check patients in/out, answer phones, and schedule appointments Deliver an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

Previous Medical Assistant experience required (dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics preferred) Professional, organized, and patient-focused Strong communication and multitasking skills
