Key Responsibilities Assist with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, obtaining prior authorizations for medications and imaging, and maintaining accurate patient records, always with a friendly, helpful attitude. Deliver patient-centered care with warmth, ensuring that each patient feels respected, heard, and supported during every step of their visit. Take vital signs, gather medical histories, and prepare patients for exams with a focus on their comfort, while making them feel confident and safe. Assist providers during exams and procedures, always maintaining a compassionate presence and providing emotional support when needed. Accurately record patient information, ensuring clear and open communication between patients, providers, and the healthcare team. Collect lab specimens with care, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining a respectful and patient-focused approach. Explain treatment plans and instructions in a way that is easy to understand, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care. Provide ongoing encouragement and reassurance, ensuring that patients feel supported even after their visit. Work seamlessly with a positive, supportive team to ensure the office runs smoothly and patients receive the highest level of care. Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and valued, knowing they are in good hands. Contribute to the success of the team by providing support and assistance where needed, fostering a collaborative and cooperative environment. Interest in learning phlebotomy and personal growth.

Position Requirements:

•Medical Receptionist Certified Medical Assistant

• BLS certification preferred
