Full-time Escriba Medical Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant team member with hands-on experience in eClinicalWorks (eCW) . This role is critical to patient flow, documentation accuracy, and clinic efficiency. Clinical Duties Prepare patients for exams; obtain and document vitals and brief history Assist the provider with exams, procedures, injections, and vaccines Perform CLIA-waived testing and collect lab specimens Enter and verify physician orders; update medications and allergies in EMR Complete required clinical documentation, referrals, and vaccine logs Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, equipment, and OSHA compliance Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and confidentiality Front Desk & Administrative Duties Answer and route phone calls; schedule appointments Check patients in/out; verify demographics and insurance Communicate clearly with patients. Maintain efficient clinic workflow and patient flow Provide professional customer service and escalate issues when needed

Experience Requirements :
