• Regenerative & Anti-Aging Medicine Established medical practice in Royal Palm Beach is seeking a dynamic, experienced Physician to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have significant clinical experience, with experience in regenerative medicine, anti-aging medicine, functional medicine, or wellness medicine strongly preferred . The Sears Institute is a nationally recognized anti-aging and wellness practice that treats patients from around the world. Our practice focuses on innovative, integrative, and personalized approaches to health and wellness, including regenerative therapies, longevity medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapies, biological age testing, PRP, stem cell therapies, and other advanced wellness services. We are seeking a physician who is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and who can provide the high level of personalized, concierge care expected at The Sears Institute. Clinical Experience & Responsibilities The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or strong familiarity with regenerative medicine procedures and advanced wellness therapies , including: Stem cell therapy , including patient consultation, treatment planning, patient education, and administration of appropriate therapies PRP injections for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, aesthetic, and other appropriate applications Regenerative injection therapies and biologic treatments Bone marrow and/or adipose-derived regenerative procedures, where appropriately trained and credentialed IV therapy and nutritional IV protocols Hormone replacement and optimization therapies Peptide therapies and related wellness protocols Ozone and other integrative wellness therapies Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) EECP and cardiovascular wellness therapies Weight management and metabolic health programs Longevity and anti-aging medicine Functional and preventative medicine Advanced laboratory testing and interpretation Biological age and health optimization programs The physician will be expected to evaluate patients, review medical history and laboratory findings, identify appropriate treatment opportunities, develop individualized treatment plans, explain treatment options and expected outcomes, obtain appropriate informed consent, and provide ongoing patient monitoring and follow-up. Patient Consultation & Treatment Development The physician must be comfortable conducting detailed, concierge-level consultations and communicating complex medical information in a way that patients can easily understand.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive new-patient consultations and follow-up visits Educate patients regarding regenerative, wellness, and longevity therapies Discuss appropriate treatment options, protocols, benefits, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's goals, medical history, examination, and laboratory findings Recommend appropriate services and therapies when medically indicated Establish long-term relationships with patients and provide exceptional continuity of care Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and outcomes Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and treatment records Regenerative Medicine & Patient Education The physician should have the ability to confidently communicate the value and appropriate use of regenerative medicine therapies to patients. This includes being comfortable discussing and educating patients about: Stem cell therapies PRP and regenerative injections Orthopedic and joint applications Anti-inflammatory and recovery protocols Tissue regeneration and repair Longevity and healthy aging Cellular health Personalized wellness programs The physician should be comfortable converting appropriate patient interest into medically appropriate treatment plans while maintaining the highest standards of ethical medical practice and patient care. Leadership & Team Responsibilities The successful candidate will also serve as a clinical leader within the practice and must be comfortable working collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, administrative staff, and management.

Provide clinical leadership and support to the medical team Participate in staff and practice meetings Assist with effective planning and execution of monthly practice meetings Participate in development and implementation of clinical protocols Help maintain consistent standards of patient care Mentor and educate clinical staff as appropriate Communicate effectively with management regarding patient care and clinical operations Contribute ideas for improving patient experience, clinical services, and practice growth Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative work environment Who You Must Be A compassionate and friendly presence who exudes professionalism and a positive attitude An experienced physician with strong clinical judgment Passionate about healing, wellness, longevity, and helping patients achieve their health goals Experienced or highly knowledgeable in regenerative medicine and advanced wellness therapies Comfortable discussing and providing regenerative treatments, including stem cell therapy and PRP injections A strong communicator who can educate patients and establish trust Comfortable conducting comprehensive consultations and recommending appropriate treatment plans A team player who influences others through excellent verbal and written communication Able to function independently while also working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexible, dependable, and able to work well under pressure Professional, personable, and comfortable providing a high-touch concierge patient experience Possesses personal integrity, accountability, and strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a growing practice where responsibilities may evolve Qualifications Active Florida medical license in good standing Board certification or eligibility preferred Several years of clinical experience Experience in regenerative medicine, anti-aging medicine, functional medicine, or wellness medicine preferred Hands-on experience with PRP injections strongly preferred Experience with stem cell therapy strongly preferred Additional training in regenerative medicine, functional medicine, longevity medicine, or related fields is a plus Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively This Is an Excellent Opportunity For This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician who is interested in expanding or continuing a career in regenerative, longevity, anti-aging, and wellness medicine .
