Duties Clinical Support:

Assist provider with cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin/filler injections, laser treatments, chemical peels and minor surgical procedures.

Patient Care:

Escort patients to and from rooms, prepare them for treatment and provide pre and post-operative care instructions Support patient intake processes by managing appointments and updating health records. Manage medical office supporting administrative workflows. Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals used in cosmetic procedures. Uphold safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in medical assisting within cosmetic surgery. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to cosmetic surgery. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. Strong organizational skills with experience managing medical records, intake procedures, vital signs documentation, and medical documentation standards.
