Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a healthcare team in Winter Garden, FL. This position is ideal for an experienced, patient-focused MA who is comfortable supporting both front and back-office operations.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch Key Responsibilities Perform both front and back-office Medical Assistant duties. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients as needed. Check patients in and out of the clinic. Room patients and obtain/document vital signs. Assist with medication administration within MA scope of practice. Accurately document patient information in the medical record. Make outbound patient calls and assist with follow-up needs. Support providers and clinic staff with additional duties within the Medical Assistant scope of practice. Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a positive patient experience. Qualifications Medical Assistant certification required. Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience required. Strong front and back-office clinical skills.
