We are currently seeking a dependable, professional Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. Experience in a family practice or primary care setting is preferred. This is a smoke-free workplace. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Maintain and update electronic medical records Answer phone calls and respond to patient communications Schedule appointments, laboratory services, and referrals Process and complete insurance-related documentation Utilize medical terminology and coding knowledge appropriately Support front office operations and patient coordination Clinical Duties Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Assist physicians and nurses during patient visits Perform basic clinical testing and screenings Sterilize and maintain medical equipment Perform venipuncture and blood draws Change dressings and assist with suture removal Administer medications as directed and within scope of practice Process prescription refill requests and authorizations Monitor patient comfort and ensure a positive patient experience QualificationsRequired Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience Associate degree Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient service Preferred Family practice or primary care experience Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Compensation & Benefits In addition to competitive hourly pay, we offer: 401(k) matching Employee discounts On-the-job training Paid sick time Paid time off (PTO) Additional compensation opportunities based on performance and experience Application Requirements Must be willing to undergo a background screening Work Location In Person Kennesaw, GA 30152

Relocation Requirement:
