This position combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities while contributing to an exceptional patient experience. Clinical Responsibilities Greet, room, and prepare patients for wellness and regenerative medicine appointments and treatments Obtain and document patient medical histories, medications, allergies, and treatment goals using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and oxygen saturation Assist providers during regenerative and wellness treatments including IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone optimization visits, injections, medical weight loss appointments, and other wellness procedures Prepare treatment rooms, procedure trays, injections, and clinical supplies for daily operations Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols throughout the clinic Assist with specimen collection, injections, medication preparation, and post-treatment patient care under provider supervision Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions, wellness plans, and follow-up care Monitor inventory levels for medications, supplements, injectables, and medical supplies Ensure all patient care activities remain HIPAA compliant and maintain patient confidentiality standards Administrative Responsibilities Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out processes Verify patient information, consents, and required documentation prior to treatments Maintain accurate and timely charting within EHR systems Coordinate patient follow-ups, wellness memberships, and treatment scheduling Support overall clinic workflow and maintain organization of treatment and reception areas Deliver excellent customer service while fostering a welcoming and professional environment Requirements Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in wellness, regenerative medicine, med spa, functional medicine, or outpatient clinical settings preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology, infection control, and patient care standards Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Experience with IV therapy, injections, hormone optimization, peptides, or wellness treatments is a plus Familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation practices Excellent communication and patient service skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to support patient wellness outcomes

Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Part-Time, 4 days per week

Hours:

8-hour shifts

Standard Days:

Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, plus one additional day per week

Availability Requirement:

Candidates must be available and able to commit to four 8-hour shifts per week . Flexibility with the additional weekday shift is required, as the schedule may change based on clinic operations and staffing needs.
