MMS/SBHC
(MA
MMS/SBHC
) will deliver services through Mobile Medicine and the WHC School-Based Health Clinic, and work in collaboration with other clinic staff to assess, plan, provide exemplary patient care, and implement care plans. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. The
MA MMS/SBHC
must be able to function effectively in an environment where it is necessary to perform several tasks simultaneously. The
MA MMS/SBHC
will also assist in administrative and clinical duties as instructed by the Director of School Health Services, School-Based Health Clinic RN, RN (or APRN) Mobile Medicine Services and other medical providers within WHC. The
MA MMS/SBHC
provides patient care in a holistic and culturally sensitive manner, in a team-based, patient-centered approach, as a part of Waimanalo Health Center's Patient-Centered Health Care Home approach to care.
