Job Description

As a Medical Assistant, you will be part of our team engaging with our patients, developing relationships providing a unique blend of skills and knowledge to carry out clinical tasks while delivering outstanding patient service and positive patient engagement. Medical Assistants are instrumental in helping patients feel at ease during their office visits. •Bilingual in English/Spanish is a Plus!•Primary duties Ultimately ensure steady workflow and uninterrupted service in our facility. Pre-visit planning Obtains vital signs and assesses patients. Maintain current and accurate documentation on each patient. Ensure exam rooms are stocked and prepared for the day. Qualifications Family Care Associates prides itself on quality medical care. You will develop personal connections with our patients and provide compassionate care and support. High School Diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program preferred but not required. Previous medical experience preferred. Excellent organization and time management skills Empathy Accountability Professionalism Candidates will be cross-trained to assist other departments, which offers a unique learning opportunity that will expand your skillset and allow you to grow with the practice.
Benefits:
This position starts at $16-18 per hour with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.
