EXPERIENCED
in copper / POTS telephone repair . This role supports copper troubleshooting, and customer‑side service activation. This is a full‑time W‑2 position with benefits, company vehicle, paid travel, and steady year‑round work. Key Responsibilities Copper / POTS Troubleshooting — Pair identification, tone/trace, cross‑connect work, copper fault repair OSP Field Work — Aerial and underground copper maintenance Cable Fault Location — Locate and repair copper faults with minimal downtime Documentation — Read staking sheets, schematics, copper pair assignments, and network maps Service Provisioning — Validate end‑to‑end service activation on copper Reporting — Complete job photos, time logs, and production reports Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA, DOT, FCC, and ACS safety standards Required Experience - MUST
HAVE EXPERIENCE
