Every member of our team plays a real role in those life-changing outcomes. We're looking for a caring, driven Medical Assistant (full time) to join our clinical team in Hoffman Estates — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about women's health and the patients we serve.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm, with weekend rotation (about once per month) and working at our Hoffman Estates location, with some floating to Northbrook . What You'll Do You'll be a vital part of the care team by not just completing tasks, but meaningfully supporting patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives.
Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting clinical staff across all phases of infertility treatment Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection Supporting physicians during procedures Managing patient communication and telephone triage Coordinating procedure scheduling and room preparation Serving as a key liaison between clinical staff and the lab Reviewing lab results with physicians and following up with patients Preparing treatment documents and completing insurance health forms Supporting patient education on fertility care and surgical procedures Documenting all patient interactions accurately in the EMR Developing a working knowledge of ultrasound equipment What You Bring 1+ year of experience in a medical setting (women's health experience a plus) Phlebotomy certification preferred — we'll provide training if needed Associate degree in a medical field preferred Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills A calm, empathetic presence and strong communication skills Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and travel to nearby clinic locations
