Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pathologist Assistant to join our team. The Pathologist Assistant is responsible for gross dictation and gross examination of routine and complex surgical specimens, functioning independently under the supervision of a Pathologist.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree with completion of a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) approved Pathologists' Assistant training program and successful completion of the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) PA certification examination or registry eligible. Requires a high level of technical skill with thorough knowledge of anatomic pathology. Requires ability to make medical observations with a high degree of accuracy.
Hours:
Position is full-time working primarily day shift Monday - Friday with Saturday rotation. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable education/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
