Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will primarily be based in our Kokomo office but will also travel to our Marion location.Responsibilities:
- Accurately record patient encounters and procedures during physician visits
- Conduct patient intake by rooming patients and recording vital signs
- Retrieve and organize lab results, imaging reports, and other pertinent patient information
- Support efficient patient flow within the clinic environment
- Maintain a professional and compassionate approach when interacting with patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical environment is required
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy is essential
- Strong typing skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while multitasking effectively
- Familiarity with EMR systems, we use Eclinical Works.

Pay:
$17.00- $18.
