Job Description
This is a grant funded position serving Newton and Starke County. As a Program Medical Assistant, you will audit and review patient medical records Remote Patient Monitoring Program. The Program Medical Assistant will monitor vitals and provide patient education on chronic conditions. This position is minimal direct patient care and will provide an administrative role. This position works closely with the Program Care Team Nurse and will report to the Program Director.
