LEAD MEDICAL
ASSISTANTConcierge Wellness & Aesthetics Clinic | Leawood, KS $23-$25/hour based on experience36 guaranteed hours/weekMonday-Friday | No weekends | No nights | No hospital chaos This is not your typical Medical Assistant role. We are looking for a clinically sharp, emotionally intelligent Medical Assistant to work directly alongside our founder and lead provider, Khyati Kapur, PA-C. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, high-standard environment where details matter, patient experience matters, and excellence is simply the baseline. You'll be more than "support staff" here. You'll become an essential part of the patient journey. The right person for this role is: Calm under pressure Exceptionally organized Warm and polished with patients Clinically confident Proactive instead of reactive The type of person who notices what needs to be done before anyone asks You genuinely care about making people feel comfortable, cared for, and safe. You take pride in creating a seamless experience. You move fast, but never sloppy.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Strong phlebotomy proficiency. This is a hard requirement. You must be confident performing efficient lab draws across a wide range of patients. Minimum 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience in an outpatient settingExamples include:

Primary care, Internal medicine, Dermatology, Urgent care, Med spa, Specialty clinic Strong administrative skills. You should feel comfortable preparing charts ahead of visits, entering labs and patient information accurately, and helping the clinic flow smoothly throughout the day. Excellent patient presence. Our patients are discerning, cash-pay clients who expect a polished and elevated experience from the moment they walk in the door.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare provider charts ahead of appointments Perform venipuncture, process specimens, and enter lab orders Administer IM injections including B12, lipo, hormones, and vitamins Assist during aesthetic procedures including Sculptra, microneedling, and injectables Set up trays, sterilize instruments, and maintain treatment rooms Communicate professionally and warmly with patients in person, by phone, and through the patient portal Help maintain the calm, elevated, immaculate environment Leawood Total Wellness is known for
