Job Description

Kansas City's #1 Medspa is seeking an experienced medical assistant to join our team. This position will travel to our Liberty, Raymore and Olathe clinics.

MA Responsibilities:

Arrive 30 minutes prior to clinic start time to prep injector papers, look up client rewards, stock and clean the room. Prior to each shift ensure each room has monthly flyers, google review cards, skincare pricing brochures and WL folders. Start client procedure, obtain consents and client photos Gather weight, height, measurements for weight loss client Cleans and preps client for procedure Assist with procedure as needed Charts tracing information, injection locations and client notes with help of provider Cleans up after each procedure for next client, including wiping down the counter and chair Assists client with gathering skin care/numbing cream for next visit At the end of each shift, wipe down the entire room, take out the trash, put all medications away in the fridge, and ensure drawers are stocked for the next day.

Wed:

Spa closed, use this day for meetings and trainings.

Friday:

Olathe 8:30-4pm

Every Saturday:

Rotating location- Raymore or Olathe 8:30-3pm
