Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide real-time remote documentation support to physicians and advanced practice providers during patient encounters Accurately transcribe medical histories, review of systems, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans into electronic health records, allowing providers to focus on patient care Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and timely while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards This role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent listening and typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
