Healthcare privacy protection Medical Assisting Medical assisting Certified Medical Assistant Full Job Description Job Description Pediatric Associates of Brockton is seeking a personable, motivated, and experienced Clinical Staff. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of health practitioners to support the clinical needs of our patients. Position offers vacation and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities include:
Provides support to the clinical staff including completion of paper work if needed and chart preparation for the patient encounter. Obtains patient history and vital signs and enters into EMR review chart for GAPS in care or missed opportunities, updating EMR and making a notation of any needs under reason for visit Prepares and assists patient for examination, procedure and treatments prepares and administers medications and immunizations collects and processes specimens Coordinates patient care information with other health care providers.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of medical assistant, LPN or RN program. Excellent communication skills Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required Above average organizational and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate team-oriented mindset The ability to manage time effectively; work in fast paced environment Must be able demonstrate initiative, and use good judgement Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) we are a physician-owned, independent practice, that has been providing comprehensive care for children and families in the South Shore area for almost 50 years.
