We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to support the day-to-day clinical operations of our busy pediatric office. As a Pediatric Medical Assistant at Weston Pediatrics, you will partner with our pediatricians and nurses to deliver warm, high-quality, family-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents. If you love working with children, possess strong clinical skills, and excel at putting young patients and their parents at ease, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Desired qualifications include the minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience, preferably in a pediatric ambulatory clinic setting.

Patient Intake:

Record vital signs, growth measurements (height, weight, head circumference), and detailed medical histories tailored to pediatric milestones.

Clinical Support:

Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and assist providers with physical exams and sick visits.

Immunizations & Medications:

Administer pediatric vaccines and oral medications strictly according to provider instructions and current immunization schedules.

Laboratory & Testing:

Collect specimens and perform waived point-of-care testing (such as rapid strep or flu tests).

Patient Communication:

Educate families on post-treatment care, address parent questions with patience, and assist with phone triage or referral coordination. Must be a team player, but also proactive and able to work independently Relevant Experience Desired! 1-2 years in a pediatric or primary care outpatient clinic Epic Phlebotomy This position is 36-40 hours per week, including a shared holiday rotation.
