We are seeking a polished, warm, and highly capable Medical Assistant to provide hands-on clinical support and to help deliver an exceptional experience at every step of the patient journey. The Medical Assistant will work together with the office staff and doctor to facilitate a smooth flowing clinic consisting of injectables and non-invasive patient treatments, surgical patient consultations, and post-operative visits. The Medical Assistant will also serve as a welcoming first point of contact — answering phones, coordinating scheduling, and guiding prospective patients — so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is exceptionally personable, discreet, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where no two days look exactly alike. Clinical Responsibilities

• Room patients; collect medical histories, and medication lists
• Prepare and turn over exam and treatment rooms; stock supplies and maintain instrument sterilization
• Assist doctor during in-office procedures and injectable treatments
• Capture standardized clinical before-and-after photography with proper patient consent
• Chaperone examinations and support post-operative and wound-care visits
• Manage clinical inventory, medical supplies, and injectable stock
• Document accurately in the practice EMR and uphold strict HIPAA and infection-control standards
• Other responsibilities as needed
