Responsibilities Room patients and prepare them warmly for medical/cosmetic visit. Assist with biopsies, excisions, cryotheray, Dysport/Fillers, and rejuvenation procedures Educate patients on skincare, medications, and care plans Manage refills, prior authorizations, and precise EMR charting Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and supplies; follow established processes Be the calm, approachable face that helps patients fee truly cared for Requirements Patient and steady; thrives on familiar routines and consistency Team supporter who follows processes and standards Detail-accurate even on busy days Easy-going, thoughtful communicator;quietly confiden
