Job Description

Part-Time Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant — Family Medicine Growing family medicine office seeking a highly motivated, reliable, dual-trained Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our collaborative team.

Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday, 1 PM-5:30 PM Thursday, 1:00 PM-6:00 PM Responsibilities include front-desk support, phone triage, insurance verification, patient registration, testing and medication prior authorizations, responding to emails, faxes, voicemails, and patient questions, and communicating with patients, other offices, and team members. Candidate must also be comfortable assisting with clinical medical assistant duties.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care/medical office setting is required. Applicants without medical office experience will not be considered. Phlebotomy and injection administration experience are preferred but not required. Please apply only if you meet the experience requirement and are available for the listed schedule.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
