This role provides vital support in patient care, administrative duties, and clinical procedures within a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out processes using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Collect patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and insurance details Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting symptoms accurately Assist healthcare providers with procedures such as medication administration. Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and patient correspondence Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and clinical notes in compliance with healthcare regulations Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety protocols Experience Prior experience in medical administrative support or clinical assisting within hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics preferred Knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology essential for efficient documentation and patient management Previous inpatient or outpatient clinic experience demonstrating proficiency in patient care activities such as intake assessments and vital signs collection is highly desirable This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes while developing their clinical skills within a supportive environment.
