We give our patients full-hour appointments and a coordinated care team, because real healing takes time and attention. Behind that care is an administrative team that keeps everything running smoothly, and that is where you come in. About the Role You will support both sides of our administrative operation, working as the right hand to two people: our insurance and administrative lead and our Front Desk Coordinator. Some days lean toward insurance verifications, billing support, and payment posting; other days you will assist at the front desk with greeting patients, phones, scheduling, and check-in. Both areas have their own lead, so this is a true assistant role: you support, back up, and keep things moving. This is a great fit for someone who likes variety, learns systems quickly, and wants to be part of a clinic where the administrative team is a real part of patient care, not separate from it. What You'll Do Verify insurance benefits and eligibility and help patients understand their coverage Support billing tasks such as payment posting and keeping patient accounts accurate Assist the front desk with greeting patients, phones, scheduling, and check-in Handle administrative work such as data entry and record keeping Flex between the insurance department and front desk as clinic needs shift Who You Are Warm and personable with patients, in person and on the phone Detail-oriented and accurate, especially with numbers and patient records Organized and self-directed, able to manage your own follow-up without reminders Adaptable, comfortable moving between different types of work in the same day Aligned with our values: we care deeply, do the right thing, and get better every day Requirements Experience in a medical office, clinic, or similar patient-facing administrative setting Comfortable learning and working in practice management and EMR software Insurance or billing experience a plus but not required; we will train the right person High school diploma or equivalent Full-time availability Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience Full-time, no weekends: ◦
