We are a growing chiropractic and integrative healthcare clinic undergoing an exciting transition, including a clinic expansion, office relocation, and the addition of a Nurse Practitioner to broaden our services. Our team is committed to providing high quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, adaptable, and patient focused Clinic Assistant to join our team during this period of growth. This role is a blend of patient care support and administrative assistance, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients while also contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic.Key Responsibilities:
Guide patients through various therapies and services offered within the clinic Provide hands-on support to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience Assist providers with patient flow and treatment room readiness Support the office manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient communication, and general office organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and common spaces Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless patient careWhat We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare setting Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and procedures Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred, but not requiredOur Clinic Hours:
Monday- 8:00AM to 6:00PM Tuesday
- 8:00AM to 1:00PM Wednesday
- 8:00AM to 6:00PM Thursday
- 8:00AM to 6:00PM Friday
- 8:00AM to 12:00
PM Pay:
$19.00- $23.
