Job Description

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) New Wellness Clinic in
Ellisville, MO Pay:
$25.00/hr +eligibility for a monthly practice growth bonus program.
Hours:
Initially 3 days a week (2-4 weeks) then will transition to 5 days/40 hours a week. About Us Join our brand new, cutting-edge wellness and peptide clinic. We focus on helping patients achieve optimal health, vitality, and longevity through specialized, personalized wellness programs. This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational team member in a growing practice and work directly alongside the clinic owner. Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, professional, and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) to manage daily patient flow and clinical coordination. In this role, you will play a critical part in both the clinical and operational success of our new clinic, ensuring a premium experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care:
Prepare exam rooms, room patients, and take accurate vital signs.
Treatments & Injections:
Administer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous injections precisely under proper medical protocols.
Patient Navigation:
Assist patients with completing essential medical intake forms and health histories.
Telehealth Coordination:
Seamlessly connect in-office patients with our remote telehealth providers for evaluations.
Administrative & Scheduling:
Manage the front desk, coordinate patient appointments, answer inquiries, and maintain accurate clinic calendars.
EHR Data Entry:
Input patient demographics, vitals, treatment plans, and clinical notes into our Electronic Health Record system. Qualifications & Skills Active Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) is required. Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred. Proven experience administering injections with high degree of comfort and accuracy. Tech-savvy with strong computer skills for EHR data entry and telehealth coordination. Aesthetic Record software experience is a strong plus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for the health and wellness industry. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial clinic environment.
